Job description
At Binkies, we create awesome visual product content using 3D. We are a dynamic, remote-first SaaS scale-up, and have a team of 30 incredible people from over 15 countries, all working from various locations across Europe.
We have experienced amazing growth over the last few years and we are hungry to do more! As such we are looking to expand our People and Culture team, which currently sits at a modest team size of one person! This role is for someone who is looking to help shape a new-ish People & Culture department - supporting and reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this position offers the opportunity to be part of something special right from the start!
Responsibilities
Day to day management of recruitment projects; ensuring candidates enjoy an excellent candidate experience
Onboarding lead; overseeing the journey of new recruits, ensuring they have everything they need in terms of equipment and support to really enjoy their first months at Binkies
Overseeing the Binkies feedback ecosystem; coordinating regular company surveys
Managing the monthly Binkies Chronicle; coordinating the champions and providing insights into the world of P&C
Overseeing employee connection projects such as overseeing the internal slack channel, working with the Head of P&C to create an ongoing content calendar to support with team engagement
Supporting with planning and logistics management for Binkie-Con and other events as may be required
Supporting Head of P&C with planning workshops and attending workshops, offering valuable insights and feedback
Supporting Head of P&C in developing P&C innovation projects, undertaking research into initiatives, providing feedback and gathering insights from the wider team.
Supporting with creation of people documentation
Overseeing effective input of employee data into the HRIS, ensuring records are up to date
Coordinating people related projects, providing project updates and supporting with effective project completion
Organising gifting for our wonderful team!
Job requirements
What you bring to the table
Person specification - essential experience
Previous experience in a People / HR role
Experience of working with HRIS
Experience of talent acquisition
Fluent in English
Person specification - nice to have
Experience of running 1-2-1s and other People focussed meetings
Familiarity with Notion
Familiarity with Dutch labour law
Experience of working in a fully remote setting
Person specification (who you are!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathetic individual with a genuine care and interest in people
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Very strong attention to detail
Deep interested in employee engagement and supporting company culture development

Salary range: €2,600 - €3,400 for individuals inside The Netherlands
Salary range: €3,500 - €4,600 for individuals outside The Netherlands - Freelancers
Paid self-development time: 4 hours a week (1.0 FTE) to spend on educational activities of your choice
25 paid vacation days, plus 8 public holiday days
Travel expenses covered
New laptop, Spotify Premium (or similar) and your choice of headphones
3 trips / year to the Hague for Binkie-Con!
