Web/Business Analyst

Job description

Are you an excel wizard? Do you eat dashboards for breakfast? Are you A/B testing your kids? Do you like drawing conclusions from numbers? Do you want to help decisions makers understand the value of 3D? Then we might have just the role for you...

Here is what we need you to do

You are responsible for helping our customers evaluate the impact of our solution on their business. This means you will be advising and assisting them in setting up tests involving 3D content. Yes, we want you to talk to our global customers directly about their success criteria, KPIs and different ways to evaluate the impact.

You will then help our customers integrate our events into their analytics system (e.g. GA or Adobe) with the help of our front-end developers. On most occasions you will even get access to our customers analytics systems to help set up the proper dashboards. Once everything is setup you will verify with the stakeholders that the dashboards provide the insight they need to make a purchasing decision.

Once the numbers are in, it is your job to help the customer interpret and draw the right conclusions. In most cases you will be the one drawing the conclusions, drafting up a report on the test and communicating and presenting that to the customer and internal stakeholders. Most of the times, you will lay the ground work for a successful sale and landing a new customer!

We want you to bring business/web analytics skills and experience to the table and apply that to help improve our customer's testing experience. You will typically run 15-20 different projects in parallel with customers around the world. You will report directly to our customer success manager.

In short: we need you to help our customers understand the impact of our 3D solution!
