Here's what we are looking for
Our company is growing as we are serving more and more of the world’s telecom operators, smartphone manufacturers, and retailers with amazing 3D content for the devices they sell. Each of our customers gets our help in getting 3D content up and running on their site and maximizing the value we bring to them.
We're looking for someone that kicks ass at building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our customers. You’ll be taking care of our clients’ queries and questions, managing their contracts, and timely renewing them. Under your wing, you’ll have a portfolio of clients and continuously identify and act on (improvement) opportunities. For the technical parts of our services, you will be working closely with the Customer Success Managers in our team.
As our customer’s main commercial contact, you are there to make and keep our customers happy!

Our recruitment pipeline
When you have applied through our website there will be an initial screening. If you pass this screening you will receive two short assessments. After passing the assessments, we will plan a video call with you and the head of Customer Success and Sales (to get to know you and for you to ask questions). The last step is an interview day with several interviews and practical assignments. This part of the process is to check if there is a mutual fit. We invest a lot of time with new potential Binkies because we want people to be happy in the long run.
Please note: due to the holiday season we will start evaluating assessments after the 27th of June. After the 27th you will hear back from us. We plan to start the rounds of video calls on the 11th of July.
