At Binkies, we empower everyone to create awesome visual product content using 3D. As a dynamic, remote-first SaaS scale-up, our team consists of 30 incredible people from over 15 countries, all working from various locations across Europe.
At Binkies we have experienced amazing growth over the last few years and we are hungry to do more! So we are now looking for an experienced and energetic Head of Sales to join our ambitious team. You will spearhead our entire Sales department; developing a team environment that drives scalable sales projects and initiatives enabling accelerated MRR growth.
We are looking for a brilliant person to take on the below responsibilities
Head of Department responsibilities
Overall management and accountability for any and all sales related processes: both acquisition and expansion.
Execution: ensure all relevant sales process and workflows are executed, team members are fulfilling their roles as expected, priorities are effectively managed and deadlines met.
Operations: create and continually review sales data and metrics, ensuring we are focussing our efforts in the right areas, remaining at the forefront of the market and keeping accountable to departmental targets.
innovation: create and/or iterate sales processes as needed in order to further the team mission
Sales Team leadership
Hold regular 1-to-1 and growth talk meetings with the Sales team
Support, coach, challenge and mentor individuals in the Sales team
Training and development facilitation
Responsibility for sales team employee experience including recruitment and onboarding, offboarding
Advocate on behalf of the Sales team
Member of the Leadership Team
Work alongside the leadership team to shape the direction of the Sales team
Act as a role model for high behavioural standards and Company values
Hold self and other Leadership Team members accountable for agreed actions
Provide regular updates on Sales department metrics to Leadership Team
Day to day responsibilities
Develop and enable execution of SaaS sales methodologies to achieve revenue targets
Continually review, update and improve sales processes
Set revenue targets and budgets
Work with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify new business opportunities
Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities
Develop strong relationships with high values clients and partners
Track and report on sales performance, using metrics to make informed strategy decisions
Be a point of escalation for challenging negotiations or customer dealings
Both lead and support with negotiations on large contracts
Set internal team targets, create supporting plans and engage the team to achieve them
Support and coach the team to increase performance
Job requirements
What you bring to the table
Minimum experience requirements:
Experience selling SaaS products and/or platforms in a B2B setting
Comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of both lead gen and demand gen strategies for B2B
Hands-on experience with various sales tools like CRMs, sales engagement platforms, BI, domain reputation checks, lead generation, document tracking, sales intelligence, and prospecting tools
Excellent commercial experience
Strong leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and development
Customer-oriented relationship manager
Excellent attention to detail
Project management abilities
Change management experience
Strong communicator through different means (email, phone, skype, etc.)
Good command of the English language (both spoken and written)
Additional nice to haves
Experience selling a platform product with many different use cases.
SEO, PPC, Paid Advertising, Influencer Marketing and/or Prospect Intent Tracking knowledge
Understanding of web-analytics and A/B testing
Experience with customer success management
Experience in a start-up or scale-up
Experience working with prospects in different time zones and from various cultures
Good command of a secondary language (not Dutch) e.g.: German, French, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Japanese.

Salary range: €5000 - €6000 depending on experience
Paid self-development time: 4 hours a week (1.0 FTE) to spend on educational activities of your choice
