Our recruitment pipeline

When you submit your application through our website, it undergoes an initial review. If we feel there’s potential for a fit, we’ll plan a video call with you and our CEO Jeroen Dobbe. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to ask any questions you might have. If we both choose to proceed, the next steps are longer interviews with several people from our team and a practical assignment.

We believe in investing time to find the right fit. For us, it’s about building a team where every member is fulfilled and driven, not just in the short-term but for years to come.

Eager to apply?

We invite you to submit the following (in English):

  • Your CV
  • A motivation letter: We'd love to learn two things: how you feel your skills and background would be a great fit for the position, and - more importantly - why you want this job at our company.
