Here's what we are looking for

Our company is growing as we are serving more and more of the world’s telecom operators and smartphone manufacturers with amazing 3D content of the devices they sell. Each of our customers needs our help in getting 3D content up and running on their site and maximizing the value we bring to them.

We're looking for someone to help our customers from their first baby steps into 3D content all the way to full-blown roll-out on their (global) websites. This is a very cross-functional position: you will help integrate our service into customer’s websites; help them evaluate our solution; and improve their results using sensible analytical testing methods. All the while you'll be building a relationship and truly learning what makes our customers' hearts beat faster!

As our customer’s main operational and service contact, you are there to make and keep them happy!


What you bring to the table

Minimum requirements:

  • Customer-oriented relationship manager
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Project management abilities
  • Basic front-end web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong communicator through different means (email, phone, video call, etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)

Bonus points if you have any of the following:

  • Understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
  • Experience with customer success management
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up
  • Experience with SaaS/technology products
  • Good command of a second language (not Dutch) e.g.: German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese.

Our recruitment pipeline
When you have applied through our website there will be an initial screening. If you pass this screening you will receive two short assessments. After passing the assessments, we will plan a video call with you and the head of Customer Success and Sales (to get to know you and for you to ask questions). The last step is an interview day with several interviews and practical assignments. This part of the process is to check if there is a mutual fit. We invest a lot of time with new potential Binkies because we want people to be happy in the long run.
