We are a growing and ambitious remote-first SaaS Company and are looking for a new Account Manager to join our Sales team!
Job description
At Binkies, we empower everyone to create awesome visual product content using 3D. As a dynamic, remote-first SaaS scale-up, our team consists of 30 incredible people from over 15 countries, all working from various locations across Europe.
At Binkies we have experienced amazing growth over the last few years and we are hungry to do more! So we are continuing to build our Sales team and are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to help contribute to our success. You will look after your own client portfolio, taking care of their questions, managing their contracts and helping develop new opportunities.
We are looking for a brilliant person to take on the below responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and demonstrating excellent communication
Responding to client questions and acting on feedback
Handling contract renewals
Seeking out upselling and cross selling opportunities with clients
Work alongside our Solutions Engineers to respond to technical issues and queries
Managing client negotiations, seeking value adding solutions for clients
Working as part of the Sales team to achieve MRR targets
Job requirements
What you bring to the table
Minimum experience requirements:
At least 1-3 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
Experience in contract renewals, up-selling and cross-selling
Fluent English, both written and spoken (vocab and grammar)
You are commercially oriented (you don’t shy away from proposals, POs, RFQs, and business cases)
Experience with SaaS products
Additional nice to haves
Understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
Experience in a startup or scale-up
Experience working in a remote setting
Tech-savvy: you know what HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are
Good command of additional languages: e.g. Spanish, French, or another (major world) language
Character profile:
Curious and hungry to learn
Great organisational skills
Customer focused approach
Strong negotiation skills
Confident all round communicator through different means (email, phone, video call)
Confidence, resilience and enthusiasm - don’t sweat the small stuff/ know your own mind

Salary range: €3,000 - €3,500 depending on experience. Please note, salary range is negotiable for freelance candidates
Paid self-development time: 4 hours a week (1.0 FTE) to spend on educational activities of your choice
25 paid vacation days, plus 8 public holiday days

Our recruitment pipeline
